RETURNS POLICY
When you purchase online, you will have the right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered, if returned in a resalable condition and with the original seal in place where applicable.
To return an item please email us visitorcentre@clonakiltydistillery.ie quoting your order reference number.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We only offer shipping to EU countries and Northern Ireland.
Our chosen shipping partner is DPD.
We aim for delivery within Ireland in 3 working days and to Europe in 7 working days. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
If delivery is delayed for more than 28 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products.
At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Whilst we try to maintain a very high standard of service there is always an element of risk in shipping alcohol.
We must warn customers that there may be possibilities of customs charges or seizures when sending goods to countries outside Ireland. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, charges, or fees imposed.
In the event of seizures, we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation or refund. If you have any concerns regarding shipping to a specific country, then we recommend contacting us first before placing an order.
DELIVERY OF ITEMS PURCHASED VIA EQL PRODUCT LAUNCH
Shipping of items purchased via a launch on EQL will be handled by our logistics partner Lighthouse Drinks and delivery is not limited to the EU.
There may be customs charges or seizures when sending goods to countries outside Ireland. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, charges, or fees imposed. In the event of seizures, we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation or refund.
